You may use my work on external sites as long as it is visibly credited and linked back to me.

You may not claim my work as your own.

You may use any commissioned artwork for personal use including but not limited to: avatars, phone or desktop wallpapers, and/or personal website/profile displays.

You reserve the right to print or create an otherwise physical reproduction of the artwork as long as it is for your PERSONAL use only (NOT for sale or profit, unless discussed and agreed upon otherwise. Please refer to the section PAYMENT for further information).

If you wish to order an illustration commission for commercial use the total price of the commission, as well as any other royalties, will be agreed upon prior to the initial payment and during the ordering process. The minimum price increases by 100% of the original price, meaning double the end sum. However, I reserve the right to charge more if I deem fit.

The following cases are considered commercial use: (1) Reproducing and selling the artwork, publicly or privately, (2) cases where you receive profit from a medium/platform where you have posted my artwork, (eg. Patreon, a personal site, business cards, etc).

The commercial right to stream while receiving profit are included (eg. Starting Soon, BRB, Ending screens, etc) but you may not print or sell it for merchandise. The price does not change even if the purpose of its usage is non-commercial.

By purchasing my services, you automatically agree to the following conditions.

Please read the terms of service entirely and thoroughly. I will refuse your commission if you do not agree and abide by these terms.

If you are not comfortable with my terms of service and/or are not willing to agree to the conditions, you may not request a commission.

My working hours are Monday - Friday. I will not answer inquires outside of my working hours.

I do not allow my art to be used to create computer-generated works or Artificial Intelligent (AI) purposes and alike. Do not upload it to any AI sites at any point in time.

I will not work with AI created models or designs.

Works made by me are NOT authorized for use in any blockchain-related technology including NFT or any form of cryptocurrency.

I cannot be held responsible for misunderstandings if the terms of service are not read thoroughly. If you have any open questions or require further clarification on certain points, please contact me.

By commissioning me, you agree that you have read and accepted all the terms described herein.

Violators will be added to my blacklist indefinitely and without warning.

You must be of legal age to commission any of my services.

You must have sufficient funds readily available to pay for the commission and is expected to make payments in a timely manner.

You are responsible for having an appropriate technical platform with which to receive, review and use the files delivered to them.

I reserve the right to decline any commission orders without any explanation.

I may decline an order if the project and/or character are something I cannot deliver well.

I strongly do not accept commissions with hardcore R-18 content and offensive themes. Read do's and don'ts.

Please come to me with ideas/designs of your own character. It is strictly forbidden to copy existing art or other VTuber models.

All of my sales are "Digital Artwork" and it is the Artwork’s "Intellectual Property" that is purchased by you. Nothing will ever be physically shipped to you, the client, unless otherwise discussed and agreed upon.

You are NOT authorized to trace over my work in any way, including the use of the artwork as a “base”.

You are NOT authorized to change, modify, edit or use my illustrations without my permission.

You are NOT authorized to redraw any model textures. Adjusting the colors as long it does not lower the quality of the model is fine. General use of the VTS (VTube Studio) recoloring function is permitted.

You are NOT authorized to cut my art commissions to make a L2D (Live2D) model out of it.

Clients who have commissioned and/or received work before any future updates have gone into effect are still bound to its contents.

If you fail to respond after 2 weeks all commission work will be put on hold.

You confirm that you are aware of the duration of my commission phases (up to 6 months) and agree to wait until the assigned duration unless we discussed and agreed upon otherwise.

I, the artist, am not allowed to resell any completed model.

All and any personal information gathered for tax purposes will be kept strictly confidential.

You reserve the right to cancel your commission request if you no longer desire any of my services. This can be done without any issues as long the commission has not been started.

The commission will only be official and started after the upfront OR initial payment has been made.

Once the commission has been started there will only be PARTIAL REFUNDS allowed dependent on where I am in the project.

I reserve the right to decline any project or client for any reason.

I reserve the right to refund you the full amount paid if I no longer can or wish to work on your project for any reason.

In the event of a full refund or chargeback, all your ownership and rights to the commissioned artwork/s is forfeited no matter the stage of progress.

Do not issue chargebacks. You may request a refund and cancel the commission only if I take more than 5 months without progress.

If the invoice was sent and the initial payment hasn't been paid for over two weeks I will cancel the commission unless there's mutual agreement regarding the delay.

If we agree on a payment plan and I start the commission after the first deposit has been done, I will not refund your deposit if you back out of the payment plan.

I currently do NOT accept rush orders.

You are expected to contact me via Discord or email. Please be sure to title your message "COMMISSION INQUIRY".

You will then get a reply from me discussing the details.

If your character is extremely detailed, I have the right to charge a complexity fee to include these details. This fee will be stated before the transaction, and you hold the right to make changes to your commission request (eg. change the selected VTuber options, agree to simplified design changes) before the first transaction is made.

Please make sure your request has visual references to convey what you are looking for your commission.

Any messages that you send must come in the following languages: English.

Before taking part in any transaction you are required to wait for a reply so that we can discuss the details.

After everything is discussed and both parties agree, I will send you an invoice. Please confirm that the invoice is correct before making any payment.

I will take up to 3-5 days to respond to your initial order inquiry.

You reserve the right to set a deadline for your commission. This deadline must be disclosed prior to payment in the application form and cannot be moved forward after the initial payment has been made.

I reserve the right to decline if there is not enough time for me to finish a commission.

Once the the initial payment is received, only then will I begin to work on the commission and the estimated turnaround time begins.

No harassment over my work speed will be tolerated, regardless of the time that has passed.

I will work on commissions randomly. This means I will work on the piece I'm the most inspired/ comfortable with at the moment.

I will be very communicative and transparent with clients while I work on their commission and provide frequent check-ins/WIPs. You are allowed to ask for additional check-ins but this may not always mean you will receive a screenshot/WIP.

The estimate turnaround for VTuber model art is roughly 6-8 weeks but dependent on complexity this can extend up to 6 months. For specific turnaround times for different commissions please refer to the Commission Types on the website.

If I have any delays all clients will be notified.

The commissioner must respect my artistic style.

Credit to me is required when you post or use it on another platform.

You are responsible for saving any information, images, and other digital data I provide.

Any file you paid for will be available from me for a finite time only. I take measures to preserve most files for up to 3 months. I cannot guarantee against computer failure or accidental deletion or loss after the files have been sent to you.

I am not required to post your project in any public space, and if posted, I am not required to keep it there indefinitely. I have the right to delete or remove any public project, even if you paid for it, as you should have your own copy for personal use.

Feedback of the final product is permitted after completion of the piece, through private messages or comments.

Any comments that are rude, inappropriate, inflammatory, and/or non-constructive may result in blacklisting.

Changing references is allowed if we haven't started on your commission. Please ask first if I started or not!

I will provide low-resolution screenshots of WIPs throughout the process.

At every check-in that I make with you, you are allowed minor adjustments and revisions of that stage. For any major revisions, there will be an additional fee. If you are unable to make that payment I will not make the adjustment. (eg. If I am showing you the flat colors WIP but you decide you would want to see the character in a different pose, you are asking for a MAJOR revision and a fee that I see fit will be requested).

I am not responsible for any unsatisfactory element of the finished design if no feedback was given to amend it.

I reserve the right to decline any revisions or changes for any reason.

Do not provide critiques pertaining to artistic skill and stylization.

If you have a specific style that you would like me to emulate we may discuss that during the ordering process but I reserve the right to decline as I see fit.

No major changes are allowed in the finishing stage that will affect the overall composition of the piece.

If you wish for your request to be private it must be stated and paid for during the ordering process. It is a 15% upcharge of the final price.

The privacy request means that I am not allowed to share any WIPs on social media, nor am I allowed to stream the process of the commission anywhere.

This also means that you must refrain from sharing any such spoilers yourself until your debut or release date.

The commission piece increases by 15% of the final price. However, this is subject to change depending on how long I have to keep the finalized work concealed.

I reserve the right to reproduce the work online, posting on social media, using the art as sample for sale and self-promotion unless we discuss/agree upon otherwise (regarding full rights).
